Designed by the young architect Jaime Sánchez Balbotín, this project takes advantage of the steep slope of the land to propose a functional, modern home. The design organizes the spaces on two levels that adapt to the topography, offering an innovative and practical approach.

The upper floor includes the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, the main entrance and a garden with swimming pool, while the lower floor houses two additional bedrooms, ensuring privacy and connection to the grounds.

The interior is finished with high quality materials, such as porcelain floors, marble sinks and built-in faucets. White tones predominate, providing luminosity and a minimalist aesthetic. Minimalist K-line aluminum window frames with large sliding windows connect the interior with the exterior, maximizing natural light.

The exterior combines traditional plasters with modern elements. A garden designed by specialists, together with the swimming pool and views of the golf course, creates an ideal space to enjoy the surroundings. This project represents the perfect integration between contemporary design, functionality and connection with the landscape.
