In a residential development of four homes carefully integrated into their surroundings, Villa Ohana rises with a serene, refined, and deeply human identity. Its name is no coincidence: Ohana, a word of Hawaiian origin, means “family” in its broadest and most essential sense. It does not refer only to blood ties, but to true bonds—relationships that are nurtured, chosen, and sustained. That same spirit has guided every decision in the construction of this home: building not just a space, but a true home.

Conceived as an enhanced and personalized version within the development, Villa Ohana maintains architectural harmony with its environment, while raising the standard through a focus on quiet quality—the kind that is felt without being flaunted.

The facade is entirely clad in high-end white ceramic from Porcelanosa, combined with natural stone masonry walls that add texture, elegance, and authenticity. The garden, with next-generation artificial grass, surrounds a pool with an infinity-edge system that invites calm and contemplation.

The construction incorporates brick walls with an air chamber, ensuring strength and insulation. Interior partitions, built using plasterboard systems, enhance thermal and acoustic comfort while allowing for clean and precise execution. The exterior carpentry, made of aluminum with thermal break (Cortizo), guarantees energy efficiency and sleek lines.

The interior of Villa Ohana is a statement of aesthetic and functional coherence. All wall coverings, flooring, faucets, and built-in sanitary fixtures have been selected from Porcelanosa’s most distinguished collections, providing a consistent language of elegance and durability. The kitchen, designed as a showpiece, opens to the outside through large windows that capture natural light and blur the lines between indoors and outdoors.

The aerothermal climate control system and high-end electrical mechanisms further reinforce the commitment to sustainability, comfort, and technical reliability.

Villa Ohana represents GREEN HOME’s commitment to a more human, more mindful way of building. A place where architecture not only protects but embraces. A home designed to be shared, to endure, and, above all, to belong.

This project consisted of the demolition of a traditional house and the construction of a home that combines the essence of classic Andalusian style with modern, sustainable elements. Noble materials and meticulous design are the protagonists of this work.

The interior features solid oak woodwork and beams, along with aged travertine floors and a turned staircase that adds character and authenticity. Recovered elements such as old tiles and a majestic convent gate ensure a connection with tradition. Decorative details, such as AXOR faucets and Jung LS light mechanisms in antique bronze, reflect a carefully selected design.

In terms of technology, the house is equipped with electric underfloor heating, aerothermal energy for hot water and heating, and a high-power photovoltaic system with batteries, which guarantees sustainability and energy efficiency.

The garden, designed and executed by our team, includes an infinity pool surrounded by natural stone pavers, integrated perfectly into the environment. This outdoor space complements the interior design, creating a home that combines tradition, modernity and sustainability.

This project, designed by the prestigious architect César Besada, is an outstanding example of brutalist architecture combined with meticulous design. Developed during the COVID era, the client and the architect, located in Switzerland, fully trusted our team to execute the work from a distance, without visiting Spain until the final delivery.

The house is built entirely in exposed concrete, with a technical and aesthetic design that stands out for its precision. The formwork divisions (3×1 meters vertically placed) and the window sets were carefully planned to achieve an impeccable aesthetic. Among its most outstanding elements is a concrete lattice carved in situ, which is evidence of the project’s technical complexity and our dedication to detail.

The structure combines an exterior shell with continuous insulation that eliminates thermal bridges, and an independent interior structure that distributes floors, stairs and walls. This technical approach achieves an efficient and thermally comfortable home.

At the technological level, the project incorporates aerothermal energy  for underfloor heating and air conditioning, mechanical ventilation by depression, and pre-installation of a photovoltaic system. All installations are integrated into the concrete walls, maintaining clean, minimalist aesthetics.

The interior design includes high quality wood joinery with floor-to-ceiling flush doors and concealed hinges. On the exterior, the Cortizo brand aluminum carpentry with thermal bridge break, in champagne color, adds a distinctive and elegant touch.

The minimalist garden reinforces the sober, robust character of the house, achieving a balance between design and functionality. This project is a reference in our trajectory, a tribute to brutalist architecture and high-precision technical design.

Designed by the young architect Jaime Sánchez Balbotín, this project takes advantage of the steep slope of the land to propose a functional, modern home. The design organizes the spaces on two levels that adapt to the topography, offering an innovative and practical approach.

The upper floor includes the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, the main entrance and a garden with swimming pool, while the lower floor houses two additional bedrooms, ensuring privacy and connection to the grounds.

The interior is finished with high quality materials, such as porcelain floors, marble sinks and built-in faucets. White tones predominate, providing luminosity and a minimalist aesthetic. Minimalist K-line aluminum window frames with large sliding windows connect the interior with the exterior, maximizing natural light.

The exterior combines traditional plasters with modern elements. A garden designed by specialists, together with the swimming pool and views of the golf course, creates an ideal space to enjoy the surroundings. This project represents the perfect integration between contemporary design, functionality and connection with the landscape.

First Passivhaus certified homes in the Province of Cadiz

These are two independent single-family houses on two adjoining lots.

Two fundamental project premises: orientation (we had to combine the extraordinary sea views with the most suitable solar orientations from the point of view of passive architecture) and accessibility (both houses have an accessible ramp that runs through the interior of the house from the basement to the first floor).

Noteworthy ecological aspect: part of the rainwater is collected, decanted and subsequently used for irrigation.

It is guaranteed that the temperature difference between the indoor air and the outdoor air never exceeds 6ºC, when the outdoor temperature exceeds 32ºC. It has SATE on the facade for insulation, mechanical ventilation systems according to the type of housing, the windows are PVC WERU brand and the stones that were extracted during the excavation were used for the facade and retaining wall. All these requirements are necessary for certification.
